Lynne has been doing Pilates for 5 years and truly believes in the benefits it has to offer. As a stay-at-home mom she needed to find something that would easily fit into her families busy schedule but still giver her the workout she was looking for. She found that with Pilates, in one hour you are able to work so many different muscle groups and improve flexibility. She has seen first hand with her clients and herself how Pilates can strengthen the body. Lynne has found Pilates to be a great compliment to many different activities, in particular running. She credits Pilates for giving her the strength and ability to realize a lifelong goal of completing a marathon. Lynne is a Stott Pilates certified instructor for reformer. She also completed training through Stott Pilates in Injuries and Special Populations. In addition, Lynne is mat certified with The Physical Mind Institute and has completed a training course in Kettlebells. Lynne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from UMD and is the married mother of two young girls.
Lynne looks forward to continuing her training and education in Pilates to further help and benefit her clients.
